Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Football Experience (footballexperience.com) and its associated subdomains, sites, services, and tools (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

1.2 Modification of Terms: Football Experience reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

1.3 Nature of Service: Football Experience is an independent ticket marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own, issue, or control ticket pricing, nor are we affiliated with any official club, venue, or event organizer.


2. User Obligations

2.1 Eligibility: By using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using our services by any applicable laws.

2.2 Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials' confidentiality and all activities under your account.

2.3 Customer Documentation: In some cases, we may require a copy of your passport and both sides of the credit card used for verification before completing your purchase. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in order cancellation.

2.4 Resale Restrictions: Customers purchasing tickets agree that they will not resell tickets for commercial gain without prior authorization from Football Experience.


3. Ticket Purchase and Order Confirmation

3.1 Order Placement: To purchase tickets, follow the steps on the Site and provide complete and accurate personal and payment details.

3.2 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. This serves as your receipt and includes purchase details.

3.3 Finality of Sales: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where Football Experience is unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances under our direct control.

3.4 Incorrect Information: Providing false or incomplete details may result in ticket non-delivery, for which the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.

3.5 Pricing Policy:

  • Ticket prices may be above or below face value due to market demand.
  • Prices are listed per ticket and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Football Experience reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time before a sale is completed.

3.6 Order Modification and Cancellation:

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled by the customer.
  • Football Experience is not legally bound by unconfirmed orders.

4. Ticket Delivery

4.1 Delivery Methods: Tickets will be delivered via one of the following methods, depending on the type of event and supplier:

  • Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets): Sent via email/WhatsApp for direct download.
  • Physical Tickets: Delivered via courier or left at a designated collection point.

4.2 Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets)

  • Official event organizers may release e-tickets up to 2 hours before the event. This is outside our control.
  • Once received, Football Experience will immediately upload the tickets to your account for download.
  • We will notify you via email and WhatsApp when your tickets are available.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email and spam folder regularly. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

4.3 Physical Tickets

  • Tickets may be delivered to the hotel the night before the match, potentially up until midnight.
  • Customers must provide a hotel address in the city where the match takes place. The hotel must have a 24-hour reception that agrees to accept the shipment, allowing delivery at any time.
  • If hotel delivery is selected, the customer must update their shipping address at least one full week before the event. Otherwise, tickets will be delivered to a designated pickup point.
  • Pickup point details will be emailed to the customer the night before the event.
  • If the customer fails to collect tickets at the agreed pickup time, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be granted.

4.4 Ticket Formats

  • Some tickets may be issued as paper tickets or plastic member cards (similar to a Visa/Mastercard).
  • Member cards belong to club members who have authorized their temporary use for the event.
  • Customers must follow the provided instructions regarding:
    • Seat details (turnstile/block, row, seat number).
    • How to use the member card at the stadium.
    • Returning the card after the event.
  • Failure to return a member ticket may result in a penalty of up to €50 per ticket.

5. Special Provisions and Liability

5.1 Seating Categories: The seating categories used by Football Experience may not always correspond to the categories defined by the event organizer.

5.2 Seat Location Disclosure:

  • Exact block, row, and seat numbers cannot be known in advance and will only be provided upon ticket delivery.

5.3 Allocation Within Category:

  • Customers selecting a ticket category will be seated in any block assigned within that category.
  • It is not possible to select a specific block or row within a category.

5.4 Customer Responsibility for Ticket Use:

  • Customers must keep tickets safe. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
  • Football Experience is not liable for denied entry unless due to our own fault.
  • Attending an event is at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, travel issues, or incidents at the venue.
  • Customers must follow the event organizer’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

6.2 Dispute Resolution:

  • Customers must attempt to resolve any disputes directly with Football Experience before pursuing legal action or chargebacks.
  • Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
